sometime shortly after halloween our store started playing christmas music. first it was instrumentals and then not too long ago we had vocals. one of the songs that is on one of the cds is 12 days of christmas and i always think of taking back sunday's version of the song, "and a donny bonaduce..."
i can't decide which video of the song i like better. the cartoon one is really cute and funny. but adam lazzara is just too pretty, how can you not like watching the live verison? sidenote: i can't believe he got married and is a daddy now (wait, was the baby born yet?)...just like pete, at least they do the honest thing and marry the girls they get pregnant. that's a good thing...right? um, yeah. anyway, man this video is so old fred was still part of the band. and i like how fred's doing all the work, playing and singing, while adam's just there for the witty banter (and to stare at, hehe).

i like how they sing danny's name wrong in the song. i've forgotten about taking back sunday. it's been awhile since their last cd. a new one is due out next year though.
anyway, while i was at starbucks today waiting in line two things happened:
1. i saw that they have gingerbread lattes now, though i didn't get one since it was like 1pm and way too hot for it. so, i stuck with strawberries and cream.
and 2. some teenage girl and her mom in front of me were talking about new moon and i really wanted to butt into their conversation. but i didn't want to be a creeper so i held back even when i thought the mom was explaining something wrong. oh well.
