usually when i'm driving down i15 to work i'm either very focused on the cars speeding around me or busy bouncing up and down to the music i'm blasting (yeah, i'm one of those people who dance in their cars) to notice anything else around me. but today i happened to look up, pass the speeding cars, pass the open road and was taken aback with the view in front of me. the mountain tops were covered in snow. it was like they were covered by a thick white blanket overnight. it was so pretty. i wish i could have taken a picture. coming from hawaii, that's just not a sight i'm use to. ever since i was little i've wanted to play in snow. apparently, it snowed in las vegas. makes me wish i was in las vegas right now. why couldn't it have snowed when i was there last year around this time? hmm, i'm getting closer though. maybe one day i'll have that white christmas i've dreamed about.
